The Garfield County Republicans are a diverse group of individuals representing people of all ages, ethnicities, religious backgrounds, and sexual orientations. We encourage robust dialogue on a range of issues that affect residents within our county. Our mission is to restore the American Dream and win freedom for all by winning every seat that is up for election in Garfield County.

A Message from the Chairman
2025 was an amazing year of correction to decades of malfeasance at the national level and I think it is fair to say the incompetence of Democrat control in our beloved Colorado is coming out in stark relief. In contrast, our locally elected Republicans have held the line with sensible policies and good stewardship. 2026 will serve, nationally, as the opportunity to hold the ground we have taken...and even take some more. Here in Colorado, and especially here on the Western Slope, we must seize the opportunity to offer sensible, viable and attractive conservative alternatives to win seats.
Your Executive Committee has been hard at work engaging surrounding counties, developing candidates, and setting the conditions to out-communicate our adversaries. Of recent note is the tailored demonstration of AI-polling we will receive next week. This all accompanies the standard "blocking & tackling" of establishing our caucus and assembly dates and locations. I look eagerly forward to engaging with all of you to shape our message of Commitment to Common Sense to all local Republicans, Independents and to truly thoughtful Democrats alike.
